We get it. You want your photoprint ASAP. That is why, when the print is finished, we ship it as quickly as possible. Shipping time does vary depending on your country, but usually takes no more than 10 days.

If for some reason you don’t receive a confirmation email, first please check your junk mail folder to see if your confirmation email might be there. You can change your delivery address after you’ve placed an order, please just contact us. However, if your print has already been dispatched, then changing your delivery address is not usually possible.

Everybody at Capture London is very dedicated to quality. All of our products undergo careful checks before sending out, but mistakes can still happen. If you receive a print that is damaged, please send us a photo of the problem so that we can determine how to best resolve the situation. We’ll figure it out.
